1- Head of Terminal Operations
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Ensure that Strategic Goals and Standards are set and implemented in order to achieve revenues, manage quality and performance of the Abu Dhabi Airport operation ensuring consistency, reliability and excellence.
B- Accountable to deliver all Terminal and service delivery KPIs in line with Ground Handling agreements and contracts
C- Managing the P&L against budget by maximizing revenue generated through Terminal Services and drive ancillary revenue including oversight of spend and providing cost effective solutions to increase efficiency in the Terminal process.
D- Establish and manage sound working relations with all internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
A- Degree Equivalent or Diploma in Business Administration. 
B- Minimum 10 years’ experience in airport or airline passenger handling in a similar position, or in a management role within an airport of a major airline.
C- Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing large teams.
