Job Purpose:
As a Security/Doorman, you will lead your team in creating a safe and secure environment guests.
Responsibilities:
A- Assist the Venue General Manager and the team in overseeing the safety and security of the bar.
B- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; and restraining trespassers.
C- Checks reports of recorded observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities for the bar and ensures the daily security report is submitted accordingly.
Requirements:
A- Service focused personality is essential.
B- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
C- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
