1- Key Account Manager – Modern Trade
Full Time
Sharjah, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Develop, and manage account activity plans to meet budgeted volumes and margin objectives, in alignment with the overall BU Strategy.
B- Deliver annual sales and P&L targets by developing and executing the customer business plans.
C- Lead and manage the implementation of the commercial strategy with key accounts customers.
D- Effective management of allocated promotional budgets.
E- Manage his/her indirect relationships with the Area Sales Managers/ Account Sales Managers and their teams, who service the KAM stores to ensure alignment to the objectives for the outlets.

Requirements:
A- FMCG sales experience of minimum 5 years including 2 years of account management.
B- Experience of managing business development agreements.
C- An expert in understanding sales market and trends.
D- Strong analytical skills.
E- Willingness to take calculated risk.
F- UAE driving license.
G- Excellent use of office applications, Microsoft Office.
