1- Property Admin Assistant
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A– Coordinating administrative tasks for the whole Property team such as filing, lease tracking, CAPEX tracking, and PO requisitions.
B– Administration of the Facilities Helpdesk, maintenance call-outs, assigning tasks, monitoring task completion and technician schedules according to instruction from the Facilities Supervisor.
C– General administrative duties, in support of the Project Manager.
D– Perform other duties as reasonably requested by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
A– Self-starter with personal drive and motivation to identify issues and deliver solutions in support of the Property Team’s administrative requirements.
B– Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changeable priorities.
C– Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital to success in this role.
D– Alignment with Kitopi’s 6 core values.
