About The Role:
As an Administrative Assistant you will assist the Retail Director and Managers with the support and co-ordination of all administrative related issues in the department. You will carry out various tasks including processing reports, events planning, and all documents related to our team members. You must be prepared to continuously strive for perfection, lead the team by example and promote effective communication within the retail division and across the resort.

Requirements:
Ideally you will have previous experience within a retail environment, whilst having two years’ experience in a similar administrative position. Proficiency in all MS Office Programs is a must, including Excel spreadsheet advance level.  Proven administration and organization abilities and strong communication skills with a customer focus.  We invite you to apply for this unique opportunity.
