1- Administrator
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Establishing and maintaining a library of reference documents. Be aware of the various record keeping and reporting procedures of the company’s quality standards.
B- Assist Project Lead to organise and systemise the project administrative activities such as meetings, schedules, tracker, reports etc.
C- Assist Project Lead to monitor project team attendance and timesheet.
D- Assist Project Lead in the preparation of the minutes of meetings.
E- Establishes and maintains files and computerized indexes for active project documents as needed by the Project Lead.
F- Office administration duties, office furniture, office well-being. maintenance requests, and materials orders, etc.

Requirements:
A- 5 years of Administration experience in an engineering and construction project is a must.
B- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software products, e.g. Excel, Word, etc.
C- Diploma holder in any field of study. Any relevant certifications and training certificates would be a plus.
D- Effective oral and written communication skills.
