1- Specialist, Process Safety

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or technical subject.
9 years of experience in an Operations or HSE management role.
Experience working within an Oil & Gas International Operator.
Proven ability to collaborate across different functions.
Superior quantitative and analytical skills.
Proven ability to support and influence change.
Must demonstrate strategic thinking.
Responsibilities:
Support, advise and promote Upstream OPCOs and SPC companies to fully adopt Process Safety Management Systems and work processes, by adhering to UAE HSE laws and regulations and ADNOC HSE and Asset Integrity codes of practice.
Provide Process Safety technical support and expertise to all activities defined in the Operational Excellence business plan.
Manage Operational Excellence committees as directed as part of the Operational Excellence business plan.
Contribute to the further definition and enhancement of Operational Excellence strategy.
