Job Summary:
As a people manager, you will report into our General Manager MENAT, International Expansion. will use your strong management skills and 10+ years’ experience selling digital advertising solutions to the Fortune 500 C-Level to attract, hire and retain a top sales team that will grow and scale the revenues locale. You will be employing your dual strategic / tactical approach.
You will be responsible for developing and managing key internal partnerships within Amazon, in addition to hitting your category’s revenue targets while partnering with agencies to continuously ideate and deliver advertising products that meet our clients’ needs.

Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree.
B- Experience managing teams.
C- 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales and/or online advertising experience, working closely with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders.
