1- Senior Manager – IT – UAE
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Delivery of projects and features for ecommerce and mobility with varying degrees of complexity and business priority, ensuring a high quality of work along the way from all teams involved..
B- Ensuring that all dependencies are flagged to engineering team and continuously tracking the progress and delivering the eCommerce and mobility roadmap.
C- Manage cross functional dependencies within domains, foundational and business critical initiatives with basic technical understanding, providing leadership and awareness around Schedule, Scope and Budget.
D- Take part in technical discussions and act as a buffer between the development team and the business.
Requirements:
A- Good communication skills and relationship management and proven ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
B- Ability to work in dynamic environment with changing goal posts and responsibilities.
C- Deep understanding of the software development process, and a proven track record of shipping software quickly, then iterating on the experience.
D- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels from engineers to Director and Vice Presidents.
