1- Assistant Buying Coordinator – Fashion

Job Purpose:
The Job Holder will be responsible for doing the data entry of all documents as required by the various module in an accurate and timely manner. To assist the Buyer in other routine activities like communication with the suppliers to get the required data for buying trip / fair file and getting Proforma invoices, etc.
Key Accountabilities:
A- Generating stock reports of all the territories for reorders /highlighting fast selling products / mention sold percentage on the photographs.
B- Distribution of order placed.
C- Check Proforma invoices against orders placed and prepare internal memo.
D- Preparing sales reports and attaching photographs and formatting in standard report for buying trip.
E- Preparing new order worksheet.
F- Maintenance of catalogues / photographs / files hard copy / scanned copy.
G- Redistribution from LSW.
H- To coordinate with all the buyers on regular basis updating them the statuses of the entries made and also takes care of complete documentation.
