Responsibilities:
A- Managing the Quality Assurance of data and assessment in Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
B- Ensuring the quality of provision for the use of Data and Assessment in Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
C- Optimising wellbeing and maximising attendance in Key Stage 4 and 5.
D- To develop and deliver parental engagement to work with key stakeholders and deliver key messages.
Requirements:
A- A certified teaching qualification, at degree level such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent . Open University or online degrees are not acceptable.
B- At least 3 years of solid and demonstrable experience in senior leadership in a Secondary School in a British curriculum or equivalent experience in a similar role or whole school leadership.
C- Strong data literacy skills.
D- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents.
