About Role:
We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on your feet’ during changing situations is also essential.
Job Responsibilities:
A- Manage Housekeeping operations by supporting the Housekeeping Manager through guest Interactions, handle and resolve complaints.
B– Audit and train the Housekeeping team on cleaning and hygiene standards.
C- Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
D- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Requirements:
A- A dedication towards improving customer delight, as well as company profitability.
B- Computer skills with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
C- An enthusiasm towards all duties requested by management.
D- Meticulous personal appearance.
