1- Assistant Manager – Retail JV Portfolio
A- Lead due diligence review on potential JV partners, summarizes key findings and suggests way forward including risks mitigations strategies.
B- Supports and coordinates the establishment of all necessary legal documentation supporting the JV formation and implementation (i.e. Shareholders agreement, Management fees, etc.) from a financial perspective.
C- Support in monitoring and administering the execution of the JV agreement throughout the full JV lifecycle, resolving any potential issues.
A- To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally have a bachelor’s degree education with relevant professional qualification, such as CFA, CIMA etc.
B- MBA is preferable with a minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience, preferably in consulting and/or private equity / M&A function. Retail sector experience a plus.
