About Role:
The role holder is responsible for developing and driving space planning strategies in line with Nike’s objectives. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring profitability by aligning space capacity, depths and number of options in the retail stores.
Responsibilities:
A- Aligns with Nike’s design objectives to support Product Presentation standards and meet financial goals.
B- Plans retail space at a category level by season for existing stores.
C- Maintains fixture counts in stores and ensures stock levels are correct.
D- Manages the work-streams and processes to enhance the consumer journey; provides a platform to derive space metrics to ensure effective financial, buying and seasonal assortment plans.
E- Analyzes sales data, reviews productivity and suggests zoning plans, stock room capacities and display management techniques in line with the results.
F- Works with the categories stakeholders to understand the weight of the category for store display; determines and recommends the zoning and space allocation for the showroom.
