1- Group Used Cars Business Development Manager | Automotive
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
A- Focus on Used Cars profit. Prepare and manage the group Used Cars Dashboard and Carflow, as well as coordinate the “One Used Car Monthly meeting” with all stakeholders involved (Brands/ Hertz/ Automall).
B- Focus on used cars prep cost reduction by leveraging all group aftersales tools.
C- Improve trade-in % in all brands and Automall through enhancing the overall appraisal and buying process.
D- Monitor and expand the Brands CPOV programs, including POS materials, standards and digital presence.
E- Development of the digital auction platform and Used Cars export business.
Requirements:
A- Minimum 3 years of Automotive Used Cars industry know how both OEM level and retail.
B- Experience across multiple locations, sales teams & profit centers..
C- Automotive experience in UAE/GCC markets is an advantage.
D- Strong levels of commercial awareness and acumen.
E- Strong Interpersonal skills.
