1- Manager – Alternative Distribution Channels
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities & Duties:
A- Implement plans to ensure that the Self Serve performance is in line with the KPI and maintain the highest service standards.
B- Manage the Digital Self-Serve by evaluating the performance and ensuring that it meets the set objectives of the department.
C-Ensure that the visual representation of the Digital Self-Serve is in line with the bank’s image and policies.
D-Coordinate with PB finance team to perform monthly accruals exercise.

Requirements:
A- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Finance.
B- Strong banking experience (Sales, Customer services etc.).
C- Experienced in working through the business and operating model implications of digital.
D- Verbal and written communication skills.
