1- BMS Operator
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
a- Monitor, control and maintain the operation of BMS system and be able to provide proactive intervention, follow up and clear system alarms and escalate equipment faults/failures to appropriate team members or supervisor.
b- Capable of making adjustments to BMS system to provide operational effectiveness and continuity of service.
c- Sound Technical Knowledge of HVAC, AHU, Heat recovery systems.
d- Participate in the Health, Safety & Risk programs including risk assessment of planned and reactive maintenance work activities.
Job Requirements:
a- Diploma in electrical or electronic engineering discipline or equivalent.
b- 5 years’ experience in a building services / facilities management environment with 3 years of relevant experience in BMS systems.
c- Experience in building maintenance essential.
d- Experience operating in a Facilities management environment desirable.
