Job Description:
A hostess greets customers as they enter our dealership, takes their basic information and shows them to their sales consultants. They may also handle phone calls and customer queries about the BMW products and services, and assist various sales staff when necessary.

Responsibilities:
A- Design quality. Exceptional service. State-of-the-art technology. There’s a lot to be proud of in our vehicles.
B- And every customer’s relationship with it is going to be different.
C- So we provide service consulting that’s genuinely tailored to the individual’s needs.
D- Because personalised care ensures satisfaction and builds loyalty – and you’ll be making that happen.

Requirements:
A- High School diploma or equivalent.
B- Ability to work as part of a team and covering all the aspect of reception area.
C- Excellent and strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
D- Very good command over English, both written and spoken, Arabic Speaking will be an added advantage.
