1– Business to Business Sales Manager

Job Purpose:
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing monthly, quarterly and annually sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development and being accountable for the department’s performance against targets. The role holder is also responsible for sourcing new clients ensuring growth of business.
Responsibilities:
A- Achieve the Budget set by closing B2B transactions and sourcing new clients.
B- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
C- Create new client’s data base to be approached.
D- Build a B2B team to ensure yearly growth of the business.
E- Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
B- 7+ years’ experience in a similar role in Home Retail or Hospitality.
