1- Business Support Executive – Motivate Val Morgan
Full Time

Job Purpose:
Provide administrative support to sales, operations, and management. Responsible of coordination with the respective/assigned designated cinema locations.

Requirements:
A- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
B- Strong knowledge of MS office applications.
C- A graduate degree.
D- 1-2 years of work experience in a similar or administrative/support role.
E- Should have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
A- The person will be responsible for coordination with clients, suppliers and cinema marketing and projection departments.
B-  The person will also be involved in putting together the weekly screening instructions to the projection teams at the cinemas, coordinate foyer installation schedules and spot checks to ensure that advertising campaigns are running as per the agreed plan.
C- As Motivate Val Morgan is the regional partner to Cannes Lions, there is the opportunity to be involved in organizing associated Cannes Lions events in the region as well.
