Responsibilities:
A- Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
B- Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service delivery.
C- Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.
D- Ensure guests are greeted by name upon calling as per Rixos Standards.
Requirements:
A- Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset.
B- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
C- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
