About the Role:
A- As an Assistant Manager, Call Center you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Call Center in managing all aspects of the daily operations of the Call Center.
B- The role requires auditing, planning, analyzing, training, and reporting to ensure the customer experience is continuously enhanced to meet the highest levels of guest service per resort standards.
C- The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to evaluate the service delivery to ensure the highest levels of product knowledge and be able to provide factual tangible feedback to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
A- Bachelors’ degree along with a passion for training and extensive knowledge of Call Centre operations with a proven history of driving and motivating large teams toward service excellence.
B- Minimum of 2 years in a similar position within the luxury Five Star property, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrive on working in a face paced team environment.
