1- Call Center Officer – Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:
A- Supervise the call center and manage the administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
B- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
C- Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams.
D- Hire and onboard new employees.
E- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback.
Requirements:
A- A related university undergraduate degree.
B- A minimum of three years working experience,
C- English is a requirement; Arabic is an asset.
D- Strong communication, both written and verbal.
