1- Call Center Pharmacist | 800 SUPER
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:
A- To deliver high quality customer service by answering customer enquiries promptly and politely with accurate and complete information and redirect them to appropriate individuals.
B- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, outlining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.
C- Inform and advise the customer about drug interactions, adverse effects, dosage, and appropriate medication storage.

Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
B- Minimum of 1 year experience as a registered pharmacist in UAE.
C- License from: Dubai Health Authority.
