Responsibilities:
A- Had quick access to the Customer Requirements by phone or email with strong communication skills. Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
B- Generate business value in the form of Sales and after sales Opportunities.
C- Improve customer engagement when interacting with the CEC.
D- Deliver a seamless and efficient interaction for every customer.
Requirements:
A- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:Â High School Graduate.Â
B- MS Office – especially MS Excel.
C- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills .
D- Customer orientated, with decision making and problem-solving abilities.
E- High School Graduate.
