1- Baker – Chef De Partie

Job Responsibilities:
a- Produce all baked goods for the hotel including but not limited to: artisan breads and rolls, muffins, laminated danish, laminated croissants and doughnuts.
b- Assist and supervise the agreed standard of food service during shift.
c- Promote the safe use of the kitchen, its equipment and building under the Health and Safety at Work acts.
d- Ensure Fourth Hospitality is used on a regular basis for both appraisals and reprimands.
Job Requirements:
a- Two years’ experience in a Chef de Partie – Baker position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel/destination restaurant.
b- Enter and locate work related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
c- Possess a gracious, friendly, and fun demeanor.
d- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
