1- Chiller Technician
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Key Accountabilities:
A- Competent to operate water cooled & Air-cooled chillers, cooling towers and provide readings & reports on daily basis.
B– Thorough knowledge of the working principle of Centrifugal, Screw and reciprocating Compressors.
C- Maintain condenser water loops and cooling towers to sustain proper water flow as per the design.
D- Monitoring of power consumption from each part of the chiller plant, supply/return temperatures from the chiller and cooling tower, water flow rates from the condenser water loop, etc.

Requirements:
A– Good level of the English language both written and spoken.
B– Minimum four (4) years of experience in the Middle East with advanced knowledge in Water cooled and Air-cooled chillers, centrifugal chiller, Cooling Tower, HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) assets and associated controls. HVAC air handling and air movement systems in a commercial buildings or hospital or other facilities management building services with engineering environment.
C- Minimum holder of a ITI or Diploma.
