1- C.I.D Agent
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A– Be knowledgeable about hotel procedures and check all bulletins for information.
B– Get a daily briefing about all special events.
C– Have knowledge about all guest rooms, features and amenities plus all services offered by the hotel.
D– Carry out any special request by the management which s/he is capable of performing.
E- Update C.I.D system on a daily basis with the hotel activities.
Requirements:
A– A hands-on approach with a ‘can-do’ spirit
B– 1-2 years of experience in a Luxury Hotel in the UAE
C- Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, & Outlook.
D- Experience with Hotel PMS, Opera desirable.
E- Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
F- Must be highly organized and energetic and possess the ability to get the job done.
