Job Responsibilities:
A– Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition delivery of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Analyst and Internships programs for specific business areas.
B– Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategy.
C- Act as a credible business expert on campus talent acquisition market trends.
D- Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed.
Requirements:
A– Recruitment experience required ideally within a graduate recruitment function or agency.
B– Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage.
C- Experience of managing multiple client stakeholders.
D- Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience.
