1- Civil Technician
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Key Accountabilities:
A- Assist in carrying out all level of civil related tasks.
B– Follow the appropriate project procedures and instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements.
C- Maintain accurate records of buildings and structures work accomplished and other information using a computerised project management system.
D- Assist the maintenance staff to implement complex systems or new projects.
Requirements:
A– Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the maintenance of buildings and structures activities, such as general structural maintenance and repairs of buildings.
B– Experience in but not limited to painting, carpentry and / or masonry works.
C- Extensive knowledge of building construction and maintenance techniques.
D- At least holder of High School Diploma.
