Responsibilities:
A- Receive and record HR General Administration & General Management related documents and distribute the same to the concerned for approval and processing to ensure the group policies..
B- Ensure that all received Business Card Request Form is filled in as per the information in the Oracle system.
C- Prepare English Certificates according to HR Policy and Procedures Compliance..
D- Prepare and collate internal and external memos, minutes of the meeting, reports, presentations, forms and other correspondences for HR General Administration & General Management.
E- Manage and organize day-to-day agendas, internal and external meetings, interviews, and events for the Group Administration General Manager.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university in Administration.
B- Minimum 5 years of Total work experience.
C- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
