About Role:
As a Commis 1 at Street Pizza, you will be responsible for preparing consistently high-quality food preparation, organizing the mise en place for your respective section, producing the highest food quality at all times. As a perfectionist in the kitchen, you will be assisting the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in preparing food according to the requirements, recipes, standards, and specifications of the department, ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained. In return, we will make sure you have the right support with the right training and leadership along the way. You will attend both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine-tuning your food and beverage acumen.
Requirements:
A- You have 2-years of work experience within the Hospitality industry, ideally within a Ittalian fine dining restaurant or Pizzeria within a 5-star luxury hotel.
B- The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks with confidence, and enjoy working in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
