1- Soft Services Coordinator
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Job Responsibilities:
a- Manage and control the day-to-day operations in the headquarter.
b- Enhance the current service levels and ensure that services delivered in line with the standards and best practices in the market.
c- Manage multiple soft services, i.e. cleaning, pest control, security, catering, etc.
d- Visit client sites and conduct quality inspections.
e- Excellent customer service experience with the ability to resolve operational issues.
Job Requirements:
a- Relevant BSc degree in facilities management or higher.
b- Min 8 years’ experience in managing soft services operations.
c- Excellent service delivery experience.
d- Experience working on the client-side is a benefit.
e- Membership of BIFM or IFMA accreditation is preferred.
f- BICS assessor certification will be an added value.
