1- Contracts Coordinator

Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Purpose:
A- To ensure that all operations vehicles within ADPC account in Abu Dhabi, are ready to operate within contractual requirements.
B- Manage logistics, Account Coordination, Reporting, first level of escalations and vehicle live tracking.
C- Ensure all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to ensure Customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
A- Degree in finance/ comms from any recognised University or equivalent.
B- Over 2 years’ experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.
C- Experience of aftersales operations is recommended.
D- UAE/GCC experience preferred.
E- Experience of working in cross function teams is desirable.
F- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
G- Professional communication and presentational (written and verbal) skills.
