Key Accountabilities:
A– To ensure category objectives are fully met in served channels.
B– To contribute to Channel strategies & ensure implementation.
C– To ensure agreed standards of customer service are met.
D– To ensure all objectives of innovation roll-out are met.
Requirements:
A– Minimum 5 years in customer management/operations with managerial experience.
B– Experience in managing multi-cultural sales team with exposure to key accounts & distributor management.
C- Objective analytical power.
D- Practical creativity.
E- Negotiations skills.
F- Man management.
