1- Customer Account Specialist (On-Site)
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Manage customer units upon receipt in facility, including repair order review, quoting and invoicing the customer.
B- The CAS will work closely will manage customer accounts and take ownership of order management.
C- AOG support and availability during off business hours as required.

Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or similar field.
B- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, marketing, or customer service.
C- Experience working with cross functional teams. 
D- Experience in a customer facing role.
