1- Manager – Customer Experience
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
A- Ensure that wide range of products available to support business.
B- Â Facilitate the budgeting process for C & IB including rationalizing the input from the segments.
C- Provide on-going CX support for all of CXPD and Business.
D- To take responsibility for delivering solutions & strategies for the customer experience working with relevant stakeholders in the Bank.
E- Work with the project teams to determine scope of the projects and the impact and value add for the Customers
F- Support in managing a number of projects for CX.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Commerce / Business studies / Arts / Psychology.
B- Not required, but a plus: Post-graduate degree or equivalent in interaction design, human factors, or related field.
C- 4+ years of experience in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for digital experiences.
D- Experience with data visualization and visual design a plus.
