Job Description:
The job of a Customer Experience Analyst is to work on solving customers’ pain points along with the CX team. His/her role is to identify customer problems from the data and raise these to the relevant teams. He/ she will ensure that promised SLAs are being achieved. He/she will co-own the customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT. He/ she will work to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
A– Define the right SLAs based on the data.
B– Identify the SLA breach reasons by using the data and propose a solution.
C– Liaise with the key stakeholders like CS team, project management teams to understand their data requirements and support them in getting the desired data.
D– Share insights from the data to improve Supply chain performance.
Requirements:
A– Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering / Mathematics / Economics or Statistics.
B– Diploma / degree in Data Science / Business Analytics is a plus.
C– 2-4 years on experience in a Business Analytics role with an E-commerce firm.
D– Experience in working on supply chain and CS metrics data.
