Job Description:
A- Prepares and coordinates with HR and Accounts Department pertaining to all documents for Supply Chain new and existing staff.
B- Acts as an advisor for all matters related to staff HR in accordance with the Human Resources Department. (Insurance , Visa Processing.
C- Coordinates with IT Department and vendors for new staff IT related requirement such as citrix and oracle ID, new computer, printers and telephone.
D- Coordinates with internal departments and vendors for the installation and maintenance of fixed assets and consumables for all Supply Chain outlets.

Requirements:
A- 5 years of relevant work experience in HR / Administration.
B- Good Communication Skills.
C- Computer Literate – MS Office. Oracle..
D- Assertive, confident and able to deal professionally across all levels in the organization.
