Job Responsibilities:
A- Support other legal team members across the MENAT region on MSS matters.
B- Be considered to be a trusted adviser to the business by ensuring that commercially sensitive, pragmatic and practical legal support and advice is provided in a cost-effective manner.
C- Provide support and guidance to the business with regard to legal and reputational risks.
D- Ensure Line Manager and wider MSS legal team are fully briefed on major issues arising in relevant business area and major legislative/procedural changes in area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
A- A professional qualification allowing you to practice law in a recognised jurisdiction (such as England and Wales, New York).
B- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
C- Self-starting attitude to own development.
D- Resilient in managing multiple stakeholders.
E- Must have strong spoken and written English language skills (including an ability to draft legal contracts in English).
