1- Manager, Development
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- lead the assigned design management process for both new hotel and redevelopment projects.
B- Conceiving assigned elements of financially viable hotel development and redevelopment projects delivered in a timely and qualitative manner through all the necessary internal and external approvals;.
C- Assisting HBU team in value enhancement of MAFP’s existing hotel assets involving other company service units (ADS, SMDBU, PMBU) in addition to hotel operations teams.

Requirements
A- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business or Real Estate; MBA preferred.
B- 5 years.
C- Significant hotel design experience (ID and Architecture).
