About Role:
The Digital Performance Manager will be the key driver of Search, Meta-search and Performance for the IMEA Hub. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, the overall scope of the position is to ensure ROI growth and Innovation.

Responsibilities:
A- Briefing, supervising, and challenging agencies.
B- Auditing and driving performance/campaigns to identify business opportunities and implementing action plans.
C- Implementing recommendations and new features in alignment with global objectives, guidelines and search engine evolution.
D- Ensuring alignment with the full-funnel strategy and objectives of the company.
Requirements:
A- Strong analytical skills (results-oriented and data-driven).
B- Organized, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit, dynamic and proactive.
C- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
D- Good knowledge of Bid management solutions.
