1- Director- Institutional Sales
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities:
A- Attend to Asset Management clients’ telephone and e-mail inquiries in a professional manner.
B- Service and maintain existing clients to exceed customer satisfaction targets.
C- Liaise and coordinate with the other FAB departments to develop a seamless relationship to better support and service existing clients.
D- Undertake all aspects of the role to adhere to CFA Code of Practice and specifically work with the Compliance to ensure privacy and confidentiality over clients’ information and investments.

Requirements:
A-14 years’ experience in Financial Institutions. (Headed Client Services for Capital Markets, Fixed Income and Asset Management and in other keys roles was Credit Sales & Trading AVP).
B- Completed CISI level 1 Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment Introduction to Securities & Investments.
C- Speak, read and write in Arabic.
D- MBA International Business.
