FIVE Hotels & Resorts is the hospitality division of Dubai-based real estate group, FIVE Holdings. The hospitality operator opened its flagship hotel and residences, FIVE Palm Jumeirah Dubai, in March 2017.

1-Director of Finance – Hotel Operation
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:
A– Oversees and directs all aspects of Finance and Accounting department in the property and ensures its smooth running.
B– Ensures all financial and management reports are accurate and available by their due dates.
C– Ensures books, records and accounts are maintained accurately and fairly reflect the transactions and administration of the assets of the hotel.
D- Reviews and certifies any hotel internal or external financial reporting before distribution.
E– Maintains a system of internal accounting control, sufficient to ensure that transactions are executed in accordance with Management’s general and specific authorization and in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and specific country legislation.

Requirements:
A– Hands-on approach and flexibility with an inspired ‘can-do’ work attitude.
B– Commitment to delivering exceptional financial services with a passion.
C- Relevant degree, in Finance or related business discipline, from an academic institution or a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc).
D- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational star class resort property.
