Responsibilities:
1. Leads the development and execution of strategies, tactics and actions plans, and ensures individual booking goals are met for all members on the team.
2. Establishes all sales quotas, calls, referrals and revenue objectives as outlined in the budget and quarterly action plans for Sales Managers.
Requirements:
1. Five years hotel sales experience at a senior level required. Previous experience in similar role considered an asset.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and strengths in innovation and results-orientation.
3. Creative, effective and passionate individual with a high level of professionalism and human relations abilities.
