Job Purpose:
The Commercial Support Specialist will provide direct support to the Commercial and/or Retail Team to deliver global tender and network opportunities, contract health checks and customer account management through various research studies, data analysis and market studies. They will deliver, process and contribute to platform improvements within Salesforce (in co-ordination with Salesforce Product Manager) to ensure the best return from the technology through creating efficiency and effectiveness and consistency in CRM processes across the business.
Responsibilities:
A- Maintain robust information on our current and prospective customers and markets.
B- Salesforce as being used diligently as the tool to drive new leads and current customer performance.
C- Compare similar operations across the globe to develop new business proposals and customer offerings.
Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree (business administration or other).
B– Excellent stakeholder management.
C- Evidence of successfully driving a full end-to-end product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
