1- Lead Investigator
Full time
Dubai, UAE

Job purpose:
To lead incident investigations (all levels) and improve the business knowledge of successful investigations, root cause analysis and reporting at the Dubai International Airport and other locations as required. To lead the effective implementation and ongoing management of the dnata incident management standards, safety hub and associated reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
A- Represent dnata with key stakeholders both internally and externally
B- Review monthly dnata safety performance reports on.
C– Deploy incident investigation team members to conduct investigations and reporting.
D- Support Incident Investigator development in investigation management through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements:
A- Degree or Diploma or equivalent in safety, engineering, scientific, technical or related field or 10+ years of relevant operational experience will be considered.
B- Medical / Safety. Ground Safety.
C- Advanced Computer and IT Skills.
D- 8+ years’ experience in a management (ideally in a heavy industry, manufacturing or process environment) and/or in a health/safety/environment/quality management capacity(preferably 5+ years field experience in incident investigation with 2+ years in a lead position).
E- Experience in software based Incident Management system.
