About The Role:
In this role you will have the opportunity for controlling the data, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
A- Receive and register all incoming documents such as letters, Tender documents, contract documents, Invoices, Payment Certificate from Consultant, Contractor and accordingly distributes them to all concerned persons, After reviewed by the Executive Manager.
B- Prepares internal memos, outgoing letters and transmittals etc. and responsible for compilation.
C- Maintains database for all types of outgoing and incoming documents for tracking and easy retrieval.
D- Maintain, Register and Safe storage of all original Contract Documents and Consultancy Agreements.
Requirements:
A- Secondary School Certificate or Diploma Holder.
B- Knowledge of MS word Must.
C- Minimum 05 years work experience in a well established organization (s) as a Document Controller.
