Requirements:
Degree from respected advertising/design program.
Proven highly versatile creative concepting, design, and art direction skills.
Exceptional portfolio necessary.
Well-versed in the history of design, art direction, and advertising.
Passion to eat, sleep and breathe all things advertising.

Responsibilities:
Take the lead in conceptualizing a campaign, site or other digital solution.
Collaborate and communicate regularly with Client Service counterparts.
Show initiative in growing allocated tasks/campaigns beyond what’s expected.
Be in touch with both the “big picture” and the nitty-gritty details of a project or campaign.
Establishes visual style and user experiences that will effectively communicate with target and fulfill project objectives.
Responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every visual element within a creative assignment.
Stays current with industry/advertising trends, and applies them strategically.
Assists creative lead in presenting work to client.
Contributes to overall office morale, spirit, character and work quality.
