Responsibilities:
A- Greet, escort, assist with luggage, respond to requests while providing exceptional service.
B- Drive guests and team members as part of shuttle bus schedule and ad-hoc requests.
C- Listen carefully and take initiative to add a personalized experience.
D- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
Requirements:
A- UAE Driving License categories 3, 5 and 6 are a must!.
B- Previous relevant experience in Dubai, knowledge of the city and navigation.
C- ‘Safety first’ mindset, careful and caring driver with no record of black points and accidents.
D- Ability to focus attention on internal and external guest needs, remain calm and courteous under pressure.
